I am giving the four stars because Travis was awesome and fixed my water heater without having to replace it..but as far as the company goes at least their receptionist they left me for 7 days without hot water and they refused to come any sooner.

Total crooks!!! They were sent out by First American. They charged more in “up” fees than it would cost to pay an independent. Tried to encourage hiring friends for repairs, and recommended requesting a cash out with home warranty! Made me wait 4 days to come out for a leaking water heater and then took 3 more days to get their estimate to home warranty. They made up bs code upgrades for CA. Which all other plumbers include in their installation of a water heater. Employees are rude, don’t return calls, are dishonest and do crappy work. BEWARE!!!!

When they first came out to my property in Lake Forest, they did absolutely nothing to fix the leak in both the bathroom sinks/faucet. They wrongfully reported to my home warranty that nothing was wrong with it. I had to contact ANOTHER plumbing company, who then came out and not only fixed the leaking problem via valve replacements AND they installed two new faucets for me. The second time my home warranty assigned them to the same property to go look at a leaking valve in the sink, this TERRIBLE plumbing company came out and just left and didn’t talk to my tenants about what they found or didn’t find. TERRIBLE!!!! I would NOT recommend Fix It Plumbing, LLC to anyone!! You’re just wasting time & money with these guys.
